The Secretariat

• The Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Education Foundation set up the secretariat to undertake the administrative work in selection.
• Any unit or individual who discovers problems in the evaluation of the "Chen Jing-Run Prize" may submit its/his/her report to the secretariat of the "Chen Jing-Run Prize". Relevant parties who receive the report shall promptly transfer them to the Award Committee for handling. The unit or individual submitting the report shall indicate its/his/her true identity, and provide necessary supporting documents with the official seal of the unit or the signature of his/her real name.
