Title: Quasi-neutral and quantum many body limits

Abstract: The quasi-neutral limit is a hydrodynamic limit which provides a derivation of fluid equations (typically incompressible or compressible Euler) from kinetic equations (typically of Vlasov-Poisson type). On the other hand the semi-classical and quantum many body limit offer a derivation of a kinetic equation from dispersive dynamics of single\many body Schr\"odinger type. We will introduce both of these regime and then discuss the possibility of combining these two regime, by considering dispersive dynamics with a quasi-neutral scaling.
