
基于犬科和人科物种的基因组,中科院数学院李雷课题组发表最新研究,证实蛋白基因序列与调控序列遵循不同的进化模式。尽管在蛋白序列上黑猩猩与人类亲缘关系最近,但家犬与人类存在更相似的 “认知与智能调控模块”——这种趋同进化,从分子生物学层面解释了为何家犬能成为人类最亲密的朋友。人与家犬的模块跳变产生于顺式调控元件频数矩阵在简并奇异值附近的2维多态空间涌现。研究结果近期发表于Scientific Reports。
